Payment Policy

Should a payment dispute arise or the two parties determine that a working relationship is no longer feasible Infusionsoft Consulting Canada will return any portion of a clients payment that has not been allocated towards work on that clients account.

If work has not yet commenced, payment will be returned in full. Otherwise the returned amount will be the total payment made to Infusionsoft Consulting Canada MINUS any payment towards time spent working on the clients project.

As we are fairly selective about who we will work with, we have never had the unfortunate experience of having to return a clients money. We strive to maintain that record and only take on clients when we belive it is in the best interest of both organizations.
